"Not totally sure I trust them yet"
Feels a little off so far. Haven’t had a terrible experience or anything, but something about it doesn’t fully sit right with me yet.

I really wanted to like this because I appreciate the sustainable approach, but I felt a little disappointed. The products seem good, but the prices felt higher than I expected, so it was hard to feel like it was totally worth it

"Helpful, but it shook my confidence a bit"
I had a small issue with my order and customer service got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. It did take an extra message to actually get everything sorted out, and that part made me trust the process a little less. They were nice and helpful in the end, though, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall.

"Seems like their shipping is reliable"
I ordered from Beco Pets once and, based on that experience, their shipping seems dependable. The delivery showed up when they said it would, and the tracking updated fine the whole way. The box was a bit bashed up when it arrived, but everything inside was okay. I’d probably order from them again, though I’m holding back on giving 5 stars because the packaging could definitely be better

Ordered from Beco Pets. It worked in the end, but checkout was a bit slow. My basket didn’t update right away, so I checked it twice. Payment was easy. Confirmation email came a few minutes later. Not bad, just not super smooth.

I’m annoyed because the collar runs way too small, and that’s on them for not making the sizing clearer. The quality seems okay overall, but it doesn’t help much if the fit is off.

My order showed up in a nice sturdy box, and everything inside was packed really neatly!! Nothing was damaged or messy when it arrived, which I really appreciated. There might’ve been a little more tape than necessary, but not a big deal at all. Overall, I’m happy with it!

"Finally Found Something My Dog Actually Likes"
I’ve tried so many dog foods at this point that it gets exhausting, but this one has been a relief. The ingredients actually look decent, the protein seems solid, and my dog is eating it without acting like I’m trying to poison him. He’s also seemed a little more energetic lately, which is great because I was tired of guessing whether his food was part of the problem. So far, I’m happy with it

"My dog seemed suspicious of these"
The treats seem decent enough, but my dog was definitely not fully convinced. He ate a couple, then just walked away from the rest, which is weird for him because he usually acts like every snack is a top-secret mission he has to complete. I don’t know if he detected something in the flavor profile or if he’s just onto whatever the treat companies are doing, but these weren’t a big hit. Not bad, just apparently not his favorite...

"Honestly really pleased with this order"
I ordered a dog bowl and a toy, and I was a little impatient waiting for them, but they actually showed up quickly. I was happy right away, then even more relieved when I saw the quality was solid. My pup went straight for the toy, which made me laugh, so yeah, I’m happy with everything. No complaints from me.

"Cute toy, but I wish it felt a little sturdier"
I really like the design of this toy — it’s cute without being over the top, and my dog was interested in it right away. From my experience, it seems better suited for gentle play or dogs that don’t go too hard on their toys. The stitching feels a little weak to me, so I’m not totally sure how long it’ll hold up, but for now my pup is enjoying it.

I ordered a toy and a couple of bowls from Beco Pets, and I felt relieved once they arrived. There were no sharp edges, no weird chemical smell, and everything just felt safe. My dog is a serious chewer, so I’m always a bit nervous trying new things, but these have held up really well so far. Delivery was smooth too, so overall I’m really happy with it.

"Surprisingly Good for the Price"
I picked up a few pet bowls and toys from becopets, mostly expecting the usual “you get what you pay for” situation. Annoyingly, they were actually better quality than I expected, and the prices were fair too. Delivery showed up without any drama, which is always a nice little miracle these days. I’d definitely order again.
